Dental Insurance

We do our best to work with your insurance carrier to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.  You can assist us in this, by bringing your insurance information with you to your appointment.  Our staff will contact your insurance company to find out what your benefits are. We will consult you about your insurance estimated payment on the procedure before the time of service, your estimated portion / co-pay will be due at the time of service.

We will complete all insurance claims and submit them for you.  If there is a balance after we have completed your claim to your insurance company you will receive a statement for the balance due.  If your insurance company has paid more for the procedure then what was estimated you will receive a refunded from our office.
